  2. Top up $100 to enjoy 24 months of Samsung Care+ Only valid within 30 days from device activation and applicable for selected Galaxy devices (purchased after 22 Jan 2021)

Submit your Samsung Care + proof of purchase to redeem additional $100 overtrade*, when you trade up to new Samsung Galaxy S21 Series 5G, S20 Series, Note20 Series

*Trade in your old eligible device within 60 days from the date of new device purchase via Samsung Trade Up programme.

  • Present your Samsung Care + prior to trade in
    device diagnostic in store

To make a claim or check your coverage, you’ll need your 15-digit IMEI number ready. Here’s how to find it:

Dial *#06# from your phone.
Your IMEI number will appear on your
screen.

On your phone, go to Settings

Look for your IMEI number on
